Concrete Assessment
We assess the concrete slab for moisture, existing coatings, cracks, and surface profile. A moisture test is conducted to ensure the coating system is appropriate.
Diamond Grinding
The concrete surface is diamond-ground to remove existing coatings and create the mechanical profile needed for epoxy adhesion. This is non-negotiable for a lasting result.
Crack & Spall Repair
Cracks, control joints, and surface imperfections are filled with appropriate epoxy filler. Repaired areas are ground flush before coating.
Primer Coat Application
An epoxy primer penetrates the prepared concrete, sealing the surface and creating a foundation for the topcoat system.
Topcoat & Finish Coat
The decorative or solid-color epoxy is applied. For flake systems, vinyl chips are broadcast into the wet coat. A clear polyurethane topcoat is applied for durability and UV stability.
